Shipping & Returns

Each piece is printed to order therefore prints ship within 5 - 7 days of purchase.

Returns of original paintings are not accepted. For prints, return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt for a label, and must be returned with the cellophane unopened. To request a return, please email tani@tanikoch.com and include your order number in the subject line.

About Prints

All prints are of pieces Tani has hand-painted. For matchbooks, they are either painted based on matchbooks handed out at restaurants and other establishments, or imagined based on signage, landmarks, menus, or any other significant detail regarding the location.

Prints are painted, printed, processed, and packed in New Orleans on archival hot-press watercolor paper using the giclee printing technique.

Commissions

Custom matchbook commissions have a 5 - 7 week lead time and are not eligible for return or refund.
